Job DescriptionAssist in the planning, execution and finalisation of all areas of the audit assignment for manager or partner review.Produce work for the Manager and/or Partner review clearly highlighting issues and providing potential solutions to issues identified.Identify and understand client needs, suggest potential solutions on technical matters and communicate and agree client needs and potential solutions with managers.Active engagement with senior staff to gain a good understanding of the business.Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.Identify and communicate opportunities to sell "add on" services to client management.Build strong relationships with new and established clients.Carry out ad hoc assignments as may be reasonably required by your group. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Audit Semi Senior' should have:A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.Working towards ACCA/ACA Minimum of 2 years experience within a UK practice Experience in auditing and financial reporting.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Good project management skills.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
