They are an organically growing business with multiple offices across the UK.Job DescriptionLead and manage audit assignmentsEnsure all audits are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframesProvide mentorship to junior members of the audit teamEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulationsMaintain a high level of technical knowledge in all areas of audit and financial reportingBuild strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retentionIdentify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessaryContribute to the overall success and growth of the Accounting & Finance departmentThe Successful ApplicantA successful Audit Semi Senior should have:Proven experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industryExceptional knowledge of audit and financial reportingA qualification in Accounting & Finance - ACCA/ACA part qualified or AAT consideredExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong client relationship management abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsWhat's on OfferA competitive salary of approximately £31k-33k per annum dependent on experienceA 35-hour work week with the option for flexible workingGenerous holiday allowance of 20 days, which increases on qualification, plus your birthday offEmployer Recognition Awards to celebrate your achievementsWe encourage all suitable candidates looking for a rewarding career in the Professional Services industry to apply.
