Managing a diverse portfolio which will consist of both new and established clients, you will be encouraged to develop further revenue streams and bring new clients into the firm.Responsibilities will include:Managing a diverse portfolio of clients and becoming their primaryDevelop and apply your technical and commercial knowledge to provide expert advice and exceed client expectationsLead and manage audit assignments to completion, managing budgets, billing and client engagementContribute to the management of the audit team, audit procedures and, more widely, to the whole compliance teamManage the junior members of the team and provide training where necessaryThe successful Audit Manager will have:Either ACA or ACCA with a minimum of 1-2 years post qualification experienceAt least 6 years' UK practice experiencePrevious experience at assistant manager or manager levelProven experience of producing high quality auditsAptitude to assist with business development activitiesCommercial approach to businessExcellent communication and client management skills
