Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Head of Audit to manage the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audits to SME clients.

- Lead and support the audit team, reporting to the Responsible Individuals (RIs) in the department.

- Develop and maintain client relationships, managing expectations and delivering high-quality audits.

- Act as a role model within the team, engaging in team development.

- Perform file reviews across a range of audit clients, applying technical knowledge and ensuring quality standards are met.

- Identify opportunities to deliver added value services to clients.
Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a medium-sized practice with SME clients.

- ACA or ACCA qualified.

- Experience in supervisory or managerial roles.

- Strong technical knowledge, including UK GAAP, FRS102, IFRS, and ISAs.

- Tech-savvy, with experience in CCH preferred.

- Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
