Do you proactively drive your development, have the ambition to succeed and wish to invest in your career?Job DescriptionJOB TITLE: Audit Manager - PaymentsLOCATION(S): Bristol, Edinburgh & LondonHOURS: Full timeWORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our Bristol, Edinburgh or London hubs.About this opportunityWe are growing our capability within the team that covers Payments operations, technology and transformation firm wide, with LBG processing 1 in 4 payments made in the UK.As an Audit Manager you will be leading audits, completing issue validation work, and conducting business monitoring, to a high quality and on time. The role also involves utilising technical expertise, including the application of data analytics, and developing and coaching the Internal Audit team in the skills required to deliver the audit engagements to a high standard covering the key risks and controls.You will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of issues initially raised in audits that require close monitoring with the business and validation in line with audit methodologyWhy Lloyds Banking Group?We’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good. Including you.What you’ll needDeep knowledge of Payments products, channels, IT systems and end-to-end processes required to service customers.Deep knowledge of Payments regulations and compliance requirement and ability to effectively interpret and advice on how to apply these in the Group.Good understanding of Payments related risks and being able to look ahead to trends and horizon risks that may impact the Group.The ability to assess risks, identify and assess the design and operating effectiveness of key controls, and document appropriate test plans to deliver on audit objectives. Ability draft and agree findings and audit reports.The ability to independently undertake business monitoring through regular conversations with senior stakeholders and representing Group Audit at Committees, to influence decisions being undertaken.Skills and experience to effectively manage and influence senior stakeholder relationships independently whilst building credibility and trust.Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead audit teams, support team members and management to deliver on team and personal goals.Commitment to giving and receiving feedback, coaching and being coached to deliver high quality and timely outputs.A drive and willingness for personal development.
