As an Audit Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire audit process, from planning to execution and final reporting, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation. This role demands a proactive approach to client management, developing strong relationships with new and existing clients, and identifying opportunities for business development.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the audit department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services.
Develop and implement audit strategies that align with the firm's objectives.
Manage key client relationships and actively seek opportunities for business development and growth.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements:
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with a strong track record in audit.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
