Job Title: Audit and Accounts Senior/Executive Location: Colchester ProTalent is working with a top Accountancy Practice to recruit an experienced and qualified Audit and Accounts Senior/Executive to join theirgrowing team in Colchester. Leading and managing audits of various client entities Reviewing and preparing financial statements and reports Mentoring and supervising junior staff members Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Staying up-to-date with accounting standards and developments Contributing to the overall growth and success of the firm
Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualified with experience in a practice environment 2+ years of auditing experience Strong planning and completion skills Proficiency in Sage, Excel, Word, and ideally CaseWare (accounts and audit) and tax software Previous experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff would be ideal Up-to-date technical knowledge, including recent developments in accounting standards Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
