Job DescriptionManaging a portfolio of audit & accounts clients (50/50) across various industries.Preparing, reviewing, and finalising accounts and audit work for clients.Advising clients on solutions and procedures Maintaining excellent client relationships through consistent high-quality service.Identifying areas of potential risk or opportunity for clients.Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Contributing to the development of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices.Identifying, networking and participating in business development activities to grow the client base. The Successful Applicant A successful Audit & Accounts Senior should have:A full Accountancy qualification or similar (ACCA or ACA)Strong UK practical working experience of accounting and auditing principles and standards.Experience of working with both UKGAAP and IFRS technical standards.Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills.Strong interpersonal skills and a client service mindset.Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.Experience with relevant software and digital tools.Must have full UK working rights.
