Audio Visual Technical Lead - Manchester

The AV technical leadwill take lead of all design and commissioning aspects of the Auido-Visual Sector. This may involve aspects of pushing the business forward with innovative ideas and working with the leadership team to evolve and development the business. At the forefront will be technology and ensuring the business conducts best practice.Day to Day TasksThe AV Technical Lead responsibilities will include but not limited to:Leading the design and commissioning for the Audio-Visual V Sector for the business.Lead all Technical discussions within the Audio- Visual SectorBuild relationships with AV Partners.Support the Sales team in all pre-sales duties within the AV Sector.Support the Operations Manager in building the AV Team with recruitment and training.Support the Operation Leadership Team with operational issues in the AV DepartmentSupporting the PM team with technical and material requirements to ensure all technical aspects are met.Reviewing all AV designs to ensure the Project Lifestyle can be completed.Provide excellent Service to customers and build great relationships.Provide on-site technical support escalation.Champion Health and Safety Requirements within the businessProvide design and technical knowledge for all AV requirements.Complete all relevant paperwork.RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience with an Audio-Visual support related roleFriendly and HelpfulSelf-MotivatedExcellent communication skillsExcellent knowledge of multiple disciplines within the Audio-Visual IndustryShow eagerness to learn new skills with the Audio-Visual sectorAlways represent the company in a professional mannerNational Vetting will be requiredFull UK working rightDesirable Skills RequiredValid CSCS / ECS card.IPAF / PASMA / Asbestos Awareness certification.Avixa CTS Certified
