Are you an AV Engineer or similar with an Installation or Service background looking to working for a rapidly expanding residential Audio Visual business, who value their employees, have a great company culture, give specialist training, development and routes to progress into senior positions?

On offer is the opportunity to join one of the leading residential AV companies in Central London, since being established 17 years ago they have grown from 2 employees to 16, with growth plans to expand the team further and branch into service and maintenance alongside installation and design works. They have projects ranging from �10K to �500K and work mainly in London with some projects abroad including the Caribbean and Monaco.

In this role, you will be responsible for full installations in residential high-end properties around London, including full home cinema's, advanced lighting systems, smart home automation, temperature control and home security. The company will invest in supplier training and can give progression to management positions or technical progression into equipment servicing.

This role would suit an AV Engineer or similar with a background in Installation or Service looking for a growing company who value their staff, have a great culture, prioritise training and personal development as well as the opportunity to progress.

The Role:

• Installation / Service of AV equipment in residential properties
• Assist on varied projects in the UK and abroad.
• Working with Lutron, Control 4, Creston equipment
• Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM)
• Private Healthcare, Holiday Buying Scheme, Quarterly Company Events

The Person:

• AV Engineer or similar
• Installation or Service background
