This diverse and collaborative team of creative, strategic, and curious individuals are constantly looking for new ways to learn about our consumer and push the envelope in our efforts to reach them.The Audience Strategy & Personalisation Marketing Manager, EMEA will be responsible for the development of Strategies for both Audience Segments & Personalisation for the EMEA region across the Abercrombie & Hollister brands. This position will leverage data to identify critical audiences, build strategies, and test and learn against them. They will help make informed decisions about where to test and invest our Marketing budget in the region to drive growth.The key area of responsibility will be the leadership of the Sprint Process for Audience Marketing – an internal process designed to manage ongoing test and learning and inform our seasonal Marketing Strategies.This job is located at our Regional Head Office in London, England.What Will You Be Doing?Lead key Audience Strategy Planning Processes(Quarterly Increment Planning, Sprint Planning etc)Lead Audience Strategy Sprint process including pre-sprint collaboration with Data & Analytics on insights and other cross-functional partner downloads, facilitation of work sessions, collaboration with Pod members, synthesizing outputs & creating wireframesManage WIP meetings to update Leadership on progressManage ongoing logistics with Traffic, additional requests with D&A, etcShare test results & build consensus on long-term applicationShepherd execution of Tests amongst delivery partnersShare knowledge across regionsOversee Personalization StrategyPresent and communicate EMEA Audience Strategy & Personalization strategies throughout the organization, including cross-functional partners and marketing leadershipThe Ideal Candidate:Will have experience working as part of a regional team in a global company and be able to demonstrate evidence of having built strong, collaborative relationships with their internal global partnersWill have strong communication skills with stakeholder management experience at all levels of the organisationWill be resilient, comfortable with ambiguity & will thrive in a fast-paced, fluid retail environmentWill demonstrate a strong customer focused approach and strive to achieve best in class executionWill excel working both within a team and individuallyWill be confident and comfortable in presenting and speaking to all levelsWill have a test and learn mentality, comfort failing and applying learnings go-forwardWill be a Marketing Strategist with cross-channel experience (email, push, media, site, app) &specific strength in mediaWill display lateral agility to drive connectivity to Data Science, Data Strategy, Analytics, Experience, Creative, MediaWill demonstrate proficient technical literacy to foster partnership with Platform OwnersWil be analytically-oriented with ability to translate insights into marketing strategies and understand test planningWhat Do You Need To Bring?5+ years of Marketing Strategy experienceBachelor's degree in Marketing or similar fieldStrong knowledge of digital media, with particular emphasis on paid search, display, and paid socialExperience collaborating with 3rd party vendors or agenciesAbility to set forecasted goals and to develop business strategy that achieves goalsMust have attention to detail with a strong focus on analyticsStrong project management and inter-departmental coordination skillsHighly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environmentExperience managing at least one individualExperience having worked in a fast paced, multi-channel, retail environmentAbility to travel frequently to our Global Home Office in Columbus, OhioOur CompanyAbercrombie & Fitch Co.
