This role is perfect for someone who has existing knowledge of the executive search industry. this role will allow you to further your career as you will gain exposure to a diverse network across the globe while working with the best in the business. In this role, you will work side-by-side with Consultants on search projectsWHAT YOU WILL DOAs the Associate, you will work on projects providing research and execution under the direction of relevant Consultants.
Work on projects from start to finish assisting with mapping, sourcing, and shortlisting suitable candidatesIdentify and map target teams and companiesUpdate search leaders regarding market trends and changesAssist search leaders with shortlisting candidates using biographies and market knowledge to back decisionsApproach suitable candidates, gauging their interest in new opportunitiesAppropriately liaise with candidates regarding their offer details; including their current remuneration and expectationsPrepare candidates with the correct tools for an effective resignationMaintain network connections with placed candidatesWrite engagement letters, shortlists, appraisals, and all relevant documentation for projectsHelp with pitches, client meetings, presentations, and conferencesKeep Salesforce up to date with project progress
WHO YOU AREAs the Associate, you must be an organised, motivated, and hardworking individual who can work effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a people person who is comfortable dealing with different personalities.
