Do you want the opportunity to join an exciting team of people who are obsessed with providing exceptional customer contact?We are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated individual who is driven to provide exceptional support and service to our clients.What does the role involve?Working closely with the Technical Architects your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the capacity, availability, and quality of our SIP infrastructureMaintaining Switching, interconnect and carrier capacity to support existing and new customer requirementsMaintaining the routing policies within the network and perform number
management/configuration
of new and ported numbersProviding training and support to other areas of the business on the SIP PlatformIdentifying Risk and provide road map and plans to address risk in the platformTechnically owning and defining delivery of the most complex SIP implementationsHaving Market/Industry awareness around SBCs, SIP and Cloud VoiceYou will have the following skills and attributes:Experience of configuring Session Border ControllersExperience of Wholesale Voice, carrier connectivity and multi-tenant platformsKnowledge of protocols involved in Voice over IP configurations, including SIP, RTP/SRTP, IP, TLS, WebRTC and associated technologiesKnowledge of Teams and Direct RoutingKnowledge of API based interactionsMethodical and robust fault-finding experience including, but not limited to, Wireshark and call tracingA great team player with great mentoring skillsIndependent professional with gravitas and excellent interpersonal and consultative skillsWhat is it like to work for IPI?IP Integration is dedicated to creating intelligent contact centre and IT solutions and supporting services which are unrivalled in the industry.
