Incentives / Compensation and Benefits Lawyer
NQ-5 PQE
Employment and Pensions Team
London
Become a world-leading incentives lawyer! (Unless you already are one...in which case, we'd love to speak to you!).
We are instructed by a fantastic international law firm that are on the lookout for a talented junior to mid level associate to join their friendly incentives team. The partners are some of the most knowledgeable in the sector; approachable and personable, and take a genuine interest in seeing their associates succeed.
What you'd be doing:
Advising companies at all stages of their life-cycle from start-ups to some of the largest public/private organisations. Their M&A support work is perhaps unparalleled.
Helping leading domestic and international companies to reward their people through existing and innovative structures that are relevant to their goals and future plans.
Playing a key role in ensuring all governing and regulatory frameworks are adhered to.
Being passionate about helping companies to achieve success through retention of their workforce with crucial incentives and share scheme plans.
And be a valued member of a small, close-knit team...but with all the benefits of working for a big firm.
This might be suitable if you're one of the following profiles:
A lawyer currently in a pensions, employment, compensation and benefits, or tax team (and with some exposure to incentives and/or share schemes) who wishes to focus on developing their incentives experience;
An in-house lawyer looking to return to private practice with current or previous incentives experience; or
A final seat trainee with at least one six month seat in the above practice areas.
Interested? We're keen to chat to you! To get things going please pop your CV across to us and we will call you as soon as possible.
