Associate Solicitor - Property Litigation

A well established partner firm of solicitors in Holborn is seeking a an Associate Solicitor (+3-4 PQE) to join the Property Litigation Team .

The Employment - Associate Solicitor - Property Litigation role

The successful experienced Associate Solicitor will be joining a key practice group within the wider Dispute Resolution Department.

The Associate Solicitor will be handling all aspects of property litigation, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, real property disputes, party wall and rights of light, TLATA claims and professional negligence matters along with a specialist leasehold enfranchisement practice.

The Associate Solicitor will in addition to managing and developing their own clients, integrate with the Family, Property and Private Client teams on aspects of their work.

The Employment - Associate Solicitor

• Must be 3-4+ PQE with core competency in Property Litigation
• A confident, personable nature
• The ability to be proactive and reactive in addressing clients' affairs and requirements.
• Strong communications skills and an ability to work as part of a team, including with our trust team and other professionals within and outside this firm.
• A track record of achieving minimum time targets and meeting regular billing requirements.
• The desire and ability to keep abreast with changes in legislation and market developments.
