Associate Solicitor - Corporate

Job Description
Ranked in the top tier for Corporate Commercial, our client with offices in Cambridge and London are currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join the team due to organic growth within their Cambridge office.
The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years PQE with technical expertise in Corporate and Commercial matters and have a genuine passion for this area.
They advise individuals and corporates across a range of specialisms including M&A matters, Joint Ventures, Restructures, Data Privacy, IP and company formation and start-ups.
The candidate is required to –
Be technically strong
Have commercial awareness and gets enjoyment in working on transactions and getting the deal done
Must have excellent drafting and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and team skills
Willingness to take initiative and to participate in marketing activity
Have attention to detail
