Role Overview: As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind identifying and engaging top FMCG professionals for our clients' staffing needs. You'll collaborate closely with experienced consultants, learning the ropes of the recruitment industry while managing a wide range of responsibilities. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills and is eager to contribute to our team's growth. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from recruitment professionals and get exposure to a wide range of FMCG clients, providing invaluable industry insights. Key Responsibilities of the Associate Recruitment Consultant:



360 Management of your desk: Business development, client management and candidate resourcing.



Conduct research to identify potential candidates within the FMCG industry using a variety of sourcing methods.



Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.



Assist in the development of job descriptions and postings to attract high-quality talent.



Manage and maintain our candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.



Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.



Assist in coordinating interviews, client-candidate interactions and offer negotiations.



Requirements of the ideal Associate Recruitment Consultant:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and CRM systems.



Passion for the FMCG industry and a keen eye for spotting talent.



Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.



Proactive attitude with a determination to achieve targets and meet deadlines.



Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.



Bachelor's degree desirable but not essential.
