£80,000 - £90,000 + Lucrative Bonus Structure
Are you looking for the opportunity to be a key figure within a company and support in leading a small but already growing team with big ambitions?
You would be the number two to a well-respected QS Director, you would support him with stakeholder management and team management whilst driving the delivery forward.
To give you the background, a well-established Project Management and Building Surveying consultancy (head count of around 40) recently made the decision to grow the QS arm of the business, the man they brought in to lead the division has done an exceptional job so far, but to continue with the success he has had, he needs to put more focus on the operational requirements of the business, meaning the door is open for someone like yourself.
His main revenue stream is within Residential, Commercial and Hotels, typical values range from £10m - £100m.
One of the main USP’s is the clear pathway to directorship, the current ‘Head of’ is looking for you to want to get to Director and he is willing to put the time into mentoring you to get there.
With 70% of the pipeline already secured for this year, driving the delivery forward and winning repeat business is the priority. You will be given key client accounts to manage, building on an already strong existing relationships – the director is a big fan of wining and dining so if you enjoy taking clients to the cricket or the races for example then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
You would be offered a bespoke package which includes a lucrative bonus structure, meaning that you know exactly what to expect on the due date – to put it into perspective, one of the AD Project Managers and someone you would look at as your counterpart made upwards of £40k in bonuses last year.
As a business, they have a work hard play hard culture, they enjoy quarterly days out and yearly city breaks across Europe.
The office is based in the city although they offer hybrid working, typically 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
