Associate Quantity Surveyor - Healthcare

Archer Recruitment is working with a renowned project and cost management consultancy to recruit an Associate Quantity Surveyor to a team working on hospital projects across England. This position can be based in London or from regional offices in Bristol, Manchester or Leeds.
Working as part of an experienced Healthcare team, the Associate QS will be working on projects up to £600 million in value at both pre and post contract stages. They will be providing cost planning, modelling, and assurance services to the end client, and will need to be able to secure BPSS clearance.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading consultancy as a senior member of the team, and would suit an experienced Associate, or a Senior Surveyor who is looking to take the step up the next level.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
A proven track record managing projects of a large capital value, ideally in the Healthcare sector.
Experience within a professional quantity surveying consultancy or client-side environment
MRICS is essential
The Associate role will pay up to £90,000 salary plus benefits including 30 days annual leave, private medical insurance, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and professional subscription fees.
