ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGERUP TO 80,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE + PACKAGELONDON (HYBRID WORKING)Capstone are seeking a driven and passionate Associate Project Manager to join our client's dynamic project management team. A multidisciplinary consultancy, recognised with numerous awards, operates across a diverse project portfolio.As part of our collaborative and supportive team, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects across different sectors, including blue-chip clients, sporting teams, automotive OEMs, research organisations, and academic institutes. This role will be responsible for managing projects, programmes and portfolios from inception to completion while experiencing excellent career progression.Key Responsibilities:Work on diverse range of projects: Delivery of project management services to clients across various sectors and project stagesLeadership and management of multidisciplinary teams of internal and external design consultantsManage existing client relationships and assist in the development of further opportunitiesTake a leadership role in the Health and Safety arrangements for projectsEstablish lines of communication and reporting procedures with the client and within the design teamManage finances from inception to completion, including cash flow forecasts, monitoring project expenditure, and recommendations of payments by client, as well as internal budget and resourcingAdminister building contracts, including the preparation of all necessary instructions and certificates (JCT / NEC experience)Prepare regular reports to clients on all aspects of the project inspection, scheduling and acceptance of works required under the defects liability and maintenance provisions of the contractDay-to-day responsibility for projectsRequirementsYou must evidence extensive consultancy design development and construction project management experienceThe ability to lead successful delivery of often more than one project and manage client relationships, including business developmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in the use of MS Office and MS Project (or alternative scheduling software) is essentialIdeally experience in the higher education sector / heritage / life science sectors (but not essential)Ideally with a degree or equivalent and working towards accreditation under a professional body.Benefits25 days annual leave & the ability to buy / sell to suit youFree Private Medical Insurance,A flexible approach to hybrid working, to suit both you & your teamTailored career development - focused on professional, personal and/or educationalTransparency Notice to Prospective Candidates We process certain personal information about you for our legitimate business interests in order to identify and contact suitable candidates about positions that may be relevant to them.
