We even offer Pay As You Go and flexible contracts, so customers only pay for what they need without hefty penalties or long contract terms.We take the complexity out of connectivity.The opportunity:In this role you will be managing and overseeing the project lifecycle using the companies project management framework and toolset.The team's deliverables are to ensure a consistent project delivery experience for our customers whilst keeping them informed of project delivery progress and ensuring that delivery deadlines and cost targets are met. You will have the chance to work with / on multiple customer focussed projects across our key business sectors such as MOD and Education and contribute to the overall success of the project management team whilst also building and developing on your own technical and project management skills and understanding.The PMO are a key part of the Wifinity success story as we help drive the business growth through successful project delivery and providing a great customer experience from the very outset of their relationship with us as a chosen supplier. Key areas of focus:Joining our PMO team you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects within the Wifinity project portfolio.You will work with numerous teams across the business to deliver the project goals whilst being under the mentorship of one of our more experienced Project Managers and the Head of PMO to help you develop your project management skills and experience.Your day-to-day role will consist of the following responsibilities, you may be required to carry out further responsibilities at the company's discretion. Deliver small to medium sized projects across multiple sectors (MoD, Education and Leisure) Create project plans within Jira and maintain them for the project lifecycle to ensure consistent reporting across the business Use Jira as the single source of the truth for project performance and management of the deliverables. Risk and issue management to be tracked and monitored in Jira as our chosen project management tool. Work with cross functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of service and successful handover of projects to the service support teams. Working under the mentorship of a senior member of the team, key decisions and action points will be discussed and agreed as best practice prior to execution to ensure constant learning and consistency of approach. Customer Driven: Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication to allow the dissemination of project status updates both positive and negative. Handle customer queries and where necessary complaint handling to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the expected time frame and follow up to ensure resolution. Project Progress Reporting & Planning: To provide field KPIs promptly on work progress in line with the following: Provide timely project updates Agree and deliver to milestones in accordance to project plans agreed with stakeholders Continually work to move projects to a successful completion in line with agreed timescales, deliverables and approved budgets. Regularly review the resource demands to meet the project requirements Reporting events that are relevant to the rest of the team at management / team meetings Determine and document project deliverables, risks, timelines, and budgets Liaise with the Head of installations and other project support teams to secure internal resources. About you:You will be a proactive and passionate project professional with the ability to communicate across workstreams and with various stakeholders. You value delivery success and can build rapport with customers, understand the project deliverables and work with internal teams to deliver the overall project goals. You are excellent at working with people and always strive to provide a customer driven approach. We are looking for someone that: Has basic technical understanding of Wi-fi systems Has a keen interest in technology and telecoms Has a desire to move into project management and deliver excellent Wi-Fi solutions to our customers Has desire to learn the intricacies of Project Management and willingness to undertake project assignments. Has an ability to work at pace across multiple projects which on occasion can present conflicting demands. Your experience: Working within a project professional role (Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Project Support role) Experience in an MSP/ISP environment being involved in multiple projects Used to working in an external customer facing role Use of a project management tool such as Jira, Microsoft Project etc.. Working across multiple business functions Firm working knowledge of Microsoft office package It would be nice to also have… Experience in project management in a service environment Working with Wi-Fi networks in a delivery capacity Working with and building project plans Basic understanding of risk and issue management.
