Associate Project Manager (Local Government)

One of the UK’s leading Construction Consultancies is looking to recruit a Associate Project Manager to work on a range of  projects on behalf of Government organisations..

THE POSITION 

The Associate Project Manager will join our London office as part of our wider multi-disciplinary team. leading work on behalf of Government organisations.

The role is client focused and process driven, involving leading several parallel projects often from inception through to all stages of design and delivery.

THE CANDIDATE 

The successful Senior Project Manager must: 

• 
  

  Have a relevant degree and be a member of a construction related professional body, such as RICS 

• 
  

  Have experience working as a Project Manager at Senior level and above on the Consultancy side 

• 
  

  Have experience working on Local Government and have a working knowledge of the JCT form of contract 

• 
  

  Have experience of managing projects up to the value of £15 million 

• 
  

  Have good communication and client facing skills
