Selby Jennings have partnered with a leading Private Funds Group who are expanding their project management team. This Private Funds Group raises capital for elite private equity, private credit, real estate and infrastructure funds across the globe and have a global team of over 50 people. The group raise capital globally, with particular strengths in the US and Europe. As the team grows, the group are looking to hire an Associate into their project management team.

The successful individual would work across all asset classes, and would support the VP's and Directors both in the capital raising team and project management team. This is an excellent role for those who are keen to get exposure to several asset classes at a tier one Private Funds Group.

Responsibilities:
Assist on originating GP mandates alongside the senior project management and capital raising team
Support the creation of pitches and presentations used for GP's and LP's
Assist in responding to DDQs and managing the CRM system
Support the overall project management across all asset classes including private equity, private credit, real estate and infrastructure
Organise investor roadshows with the capital raising team
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working within the private markets space (placement agent experience preferred but not essential)
Experience within an investor relations, project management, capital raising or client services role
Strong ability to work within a team, but also able to succeed independently
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with both internal staff and external stakeholders such as GPs and investors
Highly analytical with a desire to grow a career in investor relations, capital raising and distribution
