We are partnering with two established firms, one located in Harrow and the other in Watford, and are seeking talented individuals for each location.
Job Purpose:
Manage an impressive and diverse client portfolio, including large corporates, SMEs, and a variety of industries.
Provide a range of business advisory and full-service accountancy services to your clients.
Assist in the strategic planning and delivery of business services for the firm.
Ensure the high-quality provision of accounting and advisory services.
Develop and grow new clients and opportunities.
Oversee and support projects and initiatives as necessary.
Lead and develop a team of talented professionals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Job Requirements:
Essential:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, FCCA or equivalent).
10+ years of experience in a small practice environment.
Proven experience managing and growing a client portfolio with a strong SME focus.
Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and generate new business opportunities.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
A clear aspiration to become a Director within 12-24 months.
Local to Watford or Harrow (depending on chosen location) and a valid car driver.
Highly Desirable:
Experience in other specialisations to complement existing services.
Skills to take on some practice/regulatory functions.
A well-established network of business contacts.
Ambitious and energetic with a positive attitude.
