Location:
Remote – working from home, with the opportunity to meet your colleagues and candidates/clients when you wish at a business club called the Century Club in Soho.
Company Overview:
Our client is an extremely profitable, fully retained executive search firm specializing in Private Equity, focused on hiring Chief Revenue Officers. They offer the opportunity to work very autonomously and with one of the two owners who has been in the industry for 20 years.
To summarise:
We have worked in this industry for 23 years and we have not come across a firm that is so profitably focused within such a lucrative and interesting niche!
As far as we know – and we’ve met 1000s of executive search firms all over the world – this is the only search firm to be focused exclusively on CROs within fast-growing PE-backed scale up tech firms.
They are also the only search firm we know that’s designing an assessment tool through one of the leading personality profiling houses to profile what the ‘ideal’ CRO personality profile looks like. This way they can benchmark the profiles of the candidates they meet against this for their clients. This is a true differentiator and a unique selling point.
They are a team of 4 currently, with relatively rapid expansion to a team of 20 within the next three years, so you are joining at the ground level with all of the influence, opportunity and growing responsibility that this will provide.
The average fee is over £50,000 GBP and this is increasing significantly at quite a pace.

Managing your own assignments, your own candidate and client relationships.
Having somebody doing the research for you and diarising candidate calls in your diary for you
Developing candidate and client relationships, meeting them in person as required at the Century Club in Soho, otherwise on video.
Having the opportunity to deepen the client relationships with both the PE Funds and the portfolio companies, getting to know them and effectively becoming an account director for them.
Over time, looking out for and developing new business opportunities within existing clients.
The opportunity to progress in the business to become the Head of Delivery or into another role of your choosing and influence.
Financials:
Our client will of course increase your current base salary to a suitable level.
The bonus structure will match or be an increase on your current situation.
There will be salary reviews and the realistic opportunity to significantly increase your overall earnings over time.
