It is the co-developer of the worldwide hit PUBG MOBILE.Job Overview:As an Associate Narrative Director at LightSpeed Studios, your role will be to define and execute the narrative strategy for an ambitious open-world RPG. Working closely with the Producer and Creative Director, you will play a key role in crafting and articulating the game's story, characters, and world, ensuring they resonate deeply with our global audience.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Creative Director to shape the story, including developing and executing the narrative context for all game missions.Work alongside the Producer and Creative Director to ensure the narrative complements and enhances the game design, and coordinate with the Art Director on narrative aspects of characters and world.Ensure coherence and continuity of the storyline and scripted events throughout the game.Contribute to the narrative writing process and ensure seamless integration of narrative elements into the gameplay.Maintain effective communication with the development team and other project stakeholders.Develop and write engaging storylines, character biographies, dialogue, and in-game text.Requirements:A degree in Creative Writing, Literature, Film, or equivalent.Extensive narrative design or writing experience in game production, with at least one AAA shipped project as a Narrative Lead, Lead Writer, or Narrative Director.A highly creative mind with a collaborative, empathetic, and innovative approach.Preferred Qualifications:Open-minded and receptive to different cultures and ideas.Experience working with and leading teams from various countries around the world, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.A strong appreciation for diverse perspectives and the ability to integrate these into the creative process.Join LightSpeed Studios and contribute your narrative expertise to our ambitious open-world RPG, helping to create an immersive and engaging experience for players around the globe.
