The role will provide you with an opportunity to become build and develop a successful MEP and Sustainability Team to work alongside and in conjunction with the existing Building Surveying and Structural Engineering divisions.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects including client management, deliverables and business development.
This role is suitable for a candidate with extensive experience in Mechanical / Electrical Design engineering and is technically sound with good Client facing skills.

The post holder will be involved in a variety of roles, including design, advisory services, contract management and asset management primarily of mechanical / electrical services in existing buildings.
The role will therefore include surveying of existing mechanical/ electrical services in existing buildings including commercial and residential.
You will be responsible for developing the design for boilers, ventilation systems, water services (including booster pumps), renewable technologies etc.
