The Partner Solutions Group is responsible for Hayfin’s capital formation, product development and client service activity. The Investor Relations team focuses on project and product management, collaborating with the investment teams, as well as supporting relationship managers and the Firm’s fundraising efforts.Client relationship management supportCo-ordinate and prepare both regular and ad hoc deliverables for Hayfin’s investor baseDraft emails, reports and other written material for review by senior team membersLiaise with Hayfin’s investment, finance and legal teams, as well as third party administrators and vendors, to ensure accuracy in reporting and to answer investor queriesClient meetings, marketing and fundraising:Prepare presentations, handouts, analysis and briefing packs ahead of client meetingsContribute to the Firm’s fundraising and client retention efforts by co-ordinating information flows and drafting RFP/DDQ responses for review by senior members of the teamManage preparation and maintenance of marketing materials and data room for fundraisingMaintain an up-to-date list of Frequently Asked QuestionsQuarterly and annual reporting:Produce quarterly reports for funds and SMAs, for onward distribution to investorsPrepare materials for regular investor update calls, semi-annual Advisory Board meetings and annual Investor DayCreate and maintain case studies for investmentsDevelop understanding of Hayfin’s strategies (investments, returns, fees, investors)Develop knowledge on competitive landscape and market developmentsContribute to new projects and engage with investors and other stakeholders2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, and undergraduate degree (minimum 2:1 classification)Working knowledge of private markets and fundraisingExperience in marketing, sales and client communicationsTechnical financial modelling and analysis training and experienceStrong numerical and analytical skills and an aptitude for solving problemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and strong problem solving abilitiesCFA/CAIA qualification or progress towards it is a plusWe are looking forward to receive your application!Hayfin Capital Management does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
