About the Role We are seeking an experience Associate Interior Designer who will be highly responsible for coordinating the design or multiple and coinciding projects and people. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values creative thinking and aims to create positive influence and inspiration through their designs.
In this role you will be working alongside the directors to manage the design creation, oversee the project, deliver on documentation, and provide support and mentorship to the team.
You will be delegating responsibilities and creating an environment that encourages development. Salary & Benefits
£60000 to £75000 depending on experience including yearly bonuses and other benefits.

About You You will have extensive experience in design and project management for high-end hospitality projects, including restaurants, spas and large-scale hotel developments.
Experience and skills required include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be communicating with clients, other project team consultants, delivering communications to the team and delegating work
A strong technical and construction knowledge
The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
High AutoCAD proficiency
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office, Sketch-Up NOTE: You need to be eligible to live and work in the UK. Only UK residents will be considered for this role.
