Job DescriptionWe are a multi award winning, 3 time top 100, chartered financial planning business now looking to recruit up to 2, Associate Financial Planners. The ideal candidate would work closely with the Directors to service existing clients as well as supporting with new enquiries received in to the business.Having been accredited to 'BS8577' (British Standard in operations and management), this role requires someone who is highly driven with a serious commitment to both standards of excellence and continual improvement.Being adaptable to change is essential for this role due to the entrepreneurial nature of working for a more boutique style firm. Must have minimum of 3 years industry experience with the level 4 diploma. Ideally any candidate would hold chartered status or be close to achieving this.The role of the Financial Planner is to develop new and maintain existing business streams, and to inform Clients of financial strategies and plans appropriate to their needs and objectives.The Financial Planner will also be involved in making investment management decisions.Key Contributions and Outputs• Developing and maintaining Client relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed KPI’s• Developing and maintaining internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targets• Promoting the profile of the business within the profession and wider communities• Providing financial information and advice to Clients, appropriate to their individual needs• Continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needs• Ensuring that any business conducted is done in a responsible and compliant manner, meeting all legislative requirements, both internally and externally.Benefits include;- Salary range between £40,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays- Birthday off- Early finish Friday- Pension contributions up to 5%- Private medical insurance-10 x death in service- Modern new office- Home working available- Paid study and development support- Discretionary bonus / profit share scheme- Cycle to work scheme- Summer and Xmas team days / nights out
