ROLE:
As the Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:
Managing a diverse range of quantitative and qualitative research projects.
Nurturing client relationships and overseeing research initiatives.
Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members.
Crafting and executing both quantitative and qualitative research projects, including analysis.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Associate Director will have the following skills and experience:
Strong background in quantitative research or a blend of research methodologies.
Previous experience in an agency setting is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills.
Specialization in B2B research.
Proven ability to deliver insightful findings to senior stakeholders.
