ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - MARKET RESEARCH

We're partnering with a leading market research firm dedicated to uncovering insights that drive impactful marketing decisions. We're looking for an Associate Director to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth and team development.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Associate Director, you'll focus on consultative client interactions, business development, and team leadership. You'll lead large-scale projects, manage client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to new business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:
Leading large projects independently, ensuring profitability and quality
Manage project teams and oversee deliverables, and present findings to clients and manage stakeholder relationships
Utilize quantitative research skills and analytical tools effectively
Prepare research debriefs and deliver compelling narratives
Advocate for data-driven decision-making and process improvements
Mentor colleagues and promote their professional development
Participate in new business discussions and contribute to strategic planning
Lead new business initiatives and demonstrate business acumen
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Associate Director will have the following skills and experience:
Vast experience in end to end quantitative market research, from design, analysis and reporting
Have working knowledge of techniques like Max Diff, Conjoint Analysis and Segmentations
Strong client-facing and presenting ability
Mentoring experience
International or multi-market experience beneficial
