Associate Director - Technical Due Diligence£Competitive +, LondonWe have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced, confident and motivated professional, with significant technical consulting and/ or M&E experience within the commercial property sector to develop an inhouse Technical Due Diligence team for a B-Corp organisation working in the European Real Estate industry.This role is a key position within the company and will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of the Technical Due Diligence team and additionally providing the opportunity to contribute to key business decisions, including the overall strategic direction of the business.If you have technical experience of identifying risks and opportunities within technical documentation, site visits and technical discussions, relating to points such as asset integrity, operational performance, management systems, business plans and dilapidations.
