Associate Director Requirements:
BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, or similar
Extensive experience in construction industry
Client facing experience
Strong communication skills
Initiative and attention to detail
Team managementAssociate Director Duties:
Oversee Key Client Accounts, developing client relationships
Manage teams and ensure company targets are met
Business development
Work closely with Scheduling and Resourcing Team and other Team Leaders
Input into key strategic decision-making to ensure positive and sustainable growth
Support clients in increasing the environmental performance of their developments
Provide input into marketing and advertising
Work across a range of services such as; Whole Life Carbon Assessments, Circular Economy Statements, ESG Assessments, Net Zero Roadmaps, Materials Lifecycle Analysis, Air Quality Assessments, Carbon Baseline Calculation & Reports, Environmental Product Declaration's, Waste Reduction Strategies, Thermal Comfort & Overheating, Daylight Sunlight & Overshadowing, Internal Daylight Modelling, LZC Feasibility Studies, Building Regulations Compliance, SAP/SBEM, Thermal Bridging, Energy Strategy, Energy Statements, and Carbon Management PlansBenefits:
