Associate Director Requirements:

• BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, or similar
• Extensive experience in construction industry
• Client facing experience
• Strong communication skills
• Initiative and attention to detail
• Team management

Associate Director Duties:

• Oversee Key Client Accounts, developing client relationships
• Manage teams and ensure company targets are met
• Business development
• Work closely with Scheduling and Resourcing Team and other Team Leaders
• Input into key strategic decision-making to ensure positive and sustainable growth
• Support clients in increasing the environmental performance of their developments
• Provide input into marketing and advertising
• Work across a range of services such as; Whole Life Carbon Assessments, Circular Economy Statements, ESG Assessments, Net Zero Roadmaps, Materials Lifecycle Analysis, Air Quality Assessments, Carbon Baseline Calculation & Reports, Environmental Product Declaration's, Waste Reduction Strategies, Thermal Comfort & Overheating, Daylight Sunlight & Overshadowing, Internal Daylight Modelling, LZC Feasibility Studies, Building Regulations Compliance, SAP/SBEM, Thermal Bridging, Energy Strategy, Energy Statements, and Carbon Management Plans
