Permanent Associate Director- SustainabilityNottingham, LondonHybrid WorkingJob Overview.This is a great opportunity for someone to come in as a subject matter expert for a newly created Division, within a multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultancy who provide solutions for commercial, residential, private and LA clients.As an Associate Director for the newly created Sustainability and Energy Division, your first 6 months will see you working on hands-on with the existing project whilst you imbed yourself into the business; thereafter you will be expected to grow the Energy and Sustainability Division.. Being the subject matter expert with the business, your expertise will be used to guide the organisation.Requirements:* You will have gained experience in the Sustainability Building Industry, with a bias towards the Residential Sector.* You will be able to demonstrate cost-effective solutions that balance exemplar low carbon design, sustainability and wellbeing. * Skills in environmental design, building simulation modelling and energy strategy are a must have.* You will be a BREEAM Accredited Professional* Ideally be a Chartered Environmentalist (Energy Institute) and/or a member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) (practitioner), but this is not essentialFor more information, please apply and we'll be in touch.Suraan Stephens Consulting is operating as a Recruitment Agency in respect to this positionPlease note we do not always advertise our search role, for more information on our roles, please get in touch.
