Associate Director Quantity Surveyor- Permanent- Excellent Salary
Due to continued business growth our client is looking for an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join their Oxford office, which has a varied portfolio of clients and projects, both locally and nationally. Renowned for delivering top-tier cost management services, our client presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with robust quantity surveying experience in consultancy.

Responsibilities:
Guide and supervise a team of Quantity Surveyors.
Deliver top-tier Quantity Surveying services to clients.
Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including governance,
management, internal job costing, and resource allocation.
Craft
proposals and bid submissions with guidance from the office Director.
Cultivate client connections and ensure service excellence.
Propel business expansion by spotting recurring and fresh business prospects.
Work closely with other offices across the country to provide services and pursue new opportunities.
Maintain adherence to quality assurance and environmental management protocols.
Qualifications:
Membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent recognized body.
Comprehensive understanding of construction forms, techniques, and costs.
Exceptional customer management and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in representing the company during bid interviews.
Sound knowledge of procurement options and contract experience (JCT and/or NEC).
Familiarity with measurement methods and cost planning software.
Strong people management abilities, including training and mentoring.
