Position Overview:�They are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Associate Director of Property and Asset Management to join the team and lead a high-profile account. As an integral member of the organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimisation of a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of property and asset management professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the achievement of team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic property management plans in alignment with client objectives, driving value creation and maximizing asset performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and tenants, serving as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, reviews, and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, rent collection, and expense management, to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as leasing, facilities management, and project management, to coordinate and execute initiatives that enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property and asset management, with a proven track record of managing complex portfolios and delivering exceptional results. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Professional certifications such as RICS, CPM, or similar are highly desirable.
  • Experience working with high-profile clients and within a global consultancy firm is an advantage.
