If so, we’re recruiting a new Associate Director of Year to join us at the start of our 2024/25 academic year. Your responsibilities will include ensuring learners in your year group make appropriate progress in all their subjects, resolving issues which present as barriers to learning such as attendance, lack of motivation or poor behaviour, and ensuring the pastoral provision enables learners to achieve. You will also have a teaching timetable and will be able to inspire learners with your passion for your subject.About The JCB AcademyThe JCB Academy is a school specialising in business and engineering. We teach students from Y9 to Sixth Form and provide Intermediate (L2) and Advanced (L3) apprenticeship programmes as well as Business and Engineering T-Levels which provide additional choices post-GCSE.
