They are seeking an experienced Associate Director Project Manager to lead a new division, driving forward large-scale infrastructure projects and fostering growth opportunities.Position Overview: As an Associate Director Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading a new division in Scotland based out of their Edinburgh office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, coupled with exceptional leadership skills and a robust professional network within the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team, shape strategic initiatives, and contribute to the continued success of the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.Provide strategic direction and guidance to the project management team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.Effectively manage resources, budgets, and project risks to mitigate potential issues and maximize project outcomes.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making and optimise project delivery processes.Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development and contributing to the overall success of the division.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
