This includes implementation of the Trust Nursing, Midwifery & Allied Health Professions strategy and ensuring that standards of care and treatment meet the registration requirements of regulators (including the Care Quality Commission (CQC)), achievement of set and agreedstandards and financial targets.As part of the Divisional leadership team (CoS, ADO and ADN) the ADN will provide strong, visible, clinical and professional leadership across the Division. They will:provide: extensive professional knowledge and expertise on all matters relating to professional nursing/staffing practice and service delivery within the Divisiontake specific responsibility for clinical governance, patient safety, quality and experiencepromote quality, innovation, productivity and performance to improve quality of care and patient outcomesSupport the delivery of transformation through Trust-wide process The core of this job description is generic and will apply to all ADN roles.
