Ensure the development and delivery of high quality Workforce services across the portfolioActively seek out opportunities to improve the delivery of services with a focus on staff experience and cultural transformationSupport the Director and Deputy Directors to develop and evaluate the workforcePlay a key role in providing direction and operational management to teamsProvide complex informed advice on all matters relating to WorkforceLead on Workforce planning activities, in support of the development of operating plansContribute to national workforce planning exercisesSupport in implementing transformation initiatives such as new roles and embedding new ways of workingDevelop People and Organisational Development skills within the Trust and embed these within the Divisions, through training, development, coaching and mentoringDevelop effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholdersUndertake other tasks and duties as required
