Associate Director of Facilities

We are actively seeking an experienced Associate Director of Facilities to work for an organisation based in the Gloucestershire area.� The contract will originally go for 6 months, but with a likely extension or opportunity for Permanent employment

Position: Associate Director of Facilities

Location: Gloucestershire

Pay rate: Between �38 and �45 per hour (through Umbrella/CIS company)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring effective management of the Facilities service delivery organisation on a day-to-day basis ensuring provision of appropriate, effective high quality service delivery in accordance with specific defined service portfolio


• Oversee Catering, Cleaning and Portering.� Managing Heads of Service to deliver these areas


• Manage performance and ensure that all facilities services can meet all activity, financial, budget and service level targets


• Ensure that Facilities Service leads are empowered to develop, lead and implement changes in service delivery and improvement in line with the GMS strategy and objectives


• Ensure effective business continuity and effective major incident plans are in place, for Facilities Services in collaboration with other Senior Leaders and these are communicated out and understood/regularly reviewed


• Ensure that Facilities Service leads are empowered to develop, lead and implement changes in service delivery and improvement in line with the GMS strategy and objectives
