The University of Greenwich is seeking to appoint to the post of Associate Director of Capital Projects to play a leading role in the delivery of the University’s ambitious estate strategy.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities (Capital, Property and Space), the role is responsible for delivering the university capital project plan, with planned capital investment in the region of £300m over the next decade. The role will lead an internal capital projects team that is supported by a diverse external supply chain partners in the delivery of a broad range of estate capital projects including new-build, redevelopment, refurbishment, fit-out, life-cycle and decarbonisation schemes.
We are seeking an individual with proven experience in a comparable leadership role and with a track record in delivering large-scale capital programmes. The role is responsible for a diverse multidisciplinary team of internal team members and a broad spectrum of external delivery partners, therefore exceptional leadership skills are crucial to be a success in the role.
