Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and reconcile service charge budgets, while approving expenditures within budgetary constraints.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Champion a culture of exceptional customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication: Maintain transparent and consistent communication with clients, tenants, internal teams, and support functions.
  • Staff Management: Lead and support site-based staff, ensuring adherence to all HR policies and procedures.
  • Supplier Oversight: Monitor, audit, and assess the performance of external suppliers against SLAs, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations concerning health and safety, environmental standards, and internal policies across all operations.
  • Capital Projects: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage capital replacement programs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive management reports for various stakeholders, participating in management meetings as required.
  • Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular building inspections, initiate necessary repairs or maintenance, and oversee completion.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Establish and enforce robust security and emergency procedures, actively participating in emergency situations as needed.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications/Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Membership or Associate Membership of IWFM or RICS.
  • National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health accredited by NEBOSH.
