We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver highly effective and innovative solutions for our clients.Role and RequirementsAssist with the growth and management of the current teamBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsProactively assist the Building & Project Consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projectsUndertaking building surveys and site inspectionsProduction of Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys and PPM schedulesPreparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance, construction and development projectsDelivery of contract administration servicesWorking with external clients and consultant teamsExperienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbalCapable report and specification writing skillsMRICS QualificationWe will pay all the appropriate professional memberships and fund your attendance at relevant CPD events and time off for approved training.We provide an enhanced workplace pension scheme operated through The National Employment Savings Trust (NEST)We offer salary sacrifice schemes for Electric Vehicles and Cycle to Work schemes.How to applyPlease use the form on this page to applyfor this position.
