Associate Director/Director - Bond Syndication

Job Description
Bruin has partnered with one of the leading international banks to hire for their DCM Syndicate Team in London. The team has built an excellent track record in the execution and distribution of debt securities, including public market bond mandates across Eurocurrencies. The AD/Director will come with strong understanding of the debt capital markets and experience in the execution of public market bonds from pricing to allocation. It’s an exciting opportunity for a Vice President or Director level professional to join an actively-growing market-leading team in London.
Associate Director/Director will be:
Originating and structuring transactions, overseeing execution and post-deal administration.
Keeping abreast of Eurobond market developments and providing pricing updates to clients.
Engaging with clients to provide clear and fair advice, fostering strong relationships.
Ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience in Bond Syndication within Debt Capital Markets.
Be currently sitting in the Associate Director or Vice President level role within a well-regarded international bank
Demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Be motivated to join a highly active and growing team of a leading bank
