Acts as an advisor to subordinates to resolve technical problemsAccountable for briefing the team on the project scope to ensure roles and responsibilities are understoodActively manages and regulates the service delivery to achieve excellenceSupports the alinea visionApplies innovation that impacts on clients and shares/implements with the business planQualificationsBatchelors degree or Masters in Quantity Surveying or equivalentAccredited MRICS memberExperience managing high value and complex projects gained in a consultancy environmentWorkplace, retail, commercial or mixed use sector experience desirable with appropiate project value and sizeFirst class communicator, capable of establishing and maintaining strong client relationshipsCommercially aware with excellent negotiation and organisational skillsActively contributes and supports technical thought leadership and contributes to IPAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
