Associate Director Business Development

We are delighted to be partnering on an exclusive basis with a pre-eminent US law firm to recruit a senior BD professional to lead business development in London. Working closely with the London Office Managing Partner and Partners in the UK the Associate Director will identify, develop, and implement London office strategies, practice, and cross practice group strategies.
Leading a small team in London and working closely with the global BD and Marketing team, this is an exciting opportunity in a newly created role to provide an experienced business development leadership. If you are an experienced Senior Manager looking for your first leadership role, this could be an excellent career move. The position requires a commercial individual who can help drive change around the way in which the business development team partner with the firm here in London and there is appetite for this, and work in both an advisory capacity with the willingness to deliver and “roll up your sleeves.’
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within a professional services partnership previously. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
