A highly regarded multi-disciplinary property and building consultancy with a robust network of offices across the UK is actively seeking an Associate Director level Building Surveyor to enhance their Manchester team.

The Associate Director Building Surveyor role

The chosen Associate Director Building Surveyor will assume a vital leadership role within the consultancy, responsible for delivering high-quality work efficiently, on time, and within budget.

This individual will not only generate new business and manage client accounts but also support the development and growth of the Manchester team.

Working across an array of sectors including commercial, industrial, hotel & leisure, public, education, heritage, and retail, the successful Associate Director Building Surveyor will have a focus on professional services such as dilapidations and technical due diligence.

The Associate Director Building Surveyor

• Proven track record as a Building Surveyor at an Associate Director level, with significant experience in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment.
• Expertise in commercial, industrial, hotel & leisure, public, education, heritage, and retail sectors.
• Strong business development skills with a history of generating new business and managing client relationships.
• Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• MRICS qualification is highly desirable.
